Berry was fantastic! We relocated from central Ohio to Cape Coral. My husband found videos Berry had done on YouTube. We really appreciated all of his knowledge of Cape Coral and Gulf access canal lifestyle he shared in the videos. Gulf access was a priority for us. We felt Berry always represented our best interest in all negotiations that took place. We always felt represented even though we were in Ohio. Berry did multiple videos of homes we were interested in. They were excellent with a lot of detail about the home since we were not in Florida to actually tour the homes ourselves. There are so many great things I can say about Berry. Ultimately he helped us find our “dream” home in Cape Coral. It has everything we wanted. Our house is a new build with many upgrades. We have an infinity pool with outdoor kitchen! Plus we are on a Gulf access canal with a boat dock, lift and the ultimate touch, a Tiki hut. I highly recommend Berry! He really listened to our needs and wants and he delivered!

I browsed a lot of videos on YouTube trying to find the perfect realtor. I found one fairly quickly but after my wife and I did the virtual first meeting we knew instantly he wasn’t the one. Back to YouTube videos I went. Then u found Berry. I watched a few of his and knew instantly he was the one. After our first virtual meeting with him my wife and I both knew he was the one. He knows gulf access in the Cape and it was obvious. We flew down from Ohio and met with him one morning and looked at 5 houses. We loved 4 of the 5 so he heard us when we told him what we were looking for. When it came close enough to put an offer in there were a few others that had come on the market since and Berry did videos of them for us. He also drove up and down the street to show us the neighborhood. He went above and buns for us and we couldn’t be happier. Terrific person and terrific realtor!

Working with Berry was an outstanding experience from start to finish. My uncle and I worked with him for over two years while searching for the right home in Cape Coral, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured to make a decision before we were ready.

Throughout the entire process, Berry kept us updated on the market, checked in regularly, and was always available to answer questions. His communication was excellent, and when it came time to tour homes, he scheduled every showing we requested and even suggested a few additional properties that weren’t on our radar. It was clear that his goal was to help us find the right house, not just any house.

Spur of the moment we decided to buy a house in Cape Coral. Met Berry at an open house down the street. We're from the North and were renting a house in CC. He was attentive, pretty available (of course he had other clients), communication was fantastic, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful with negotiations, and always on our side. By the last point I mean that he could have guided us into several purchases that would have made him a nice commission but not be the best for us. He did not do that.
